What size Apartments do you offer?
We offer Studio and One Bedroom Apartments ranging from 420 sq. ft. to 750 sq. ft.
What is included in the rent?
-On Site Property Manager -Water -Package Acceptance -Assigned Mailbox -Bi-weekly common area janitorial service -WiFi (uptime is not guaranteed)
Do you accept pets?
Yes! We do accept pets (size restrictions). A refundable pet deposit is required.
What Lease terms do you offer?
Our Lease terms are 12 Months; Exceptions may be made (additional fees apply).
Where is your Building located?
We are located on Dean Street in between First and Bay Streets; we are centrally located in the heart of the River District. We are above Fords Garage and City Tavern.
Is parking included in my rent?
Parking is not included in your monthly rent but parking is available all throughout downtown. Parking passes can be purchased through Dennison Parking located on First Street, Metered parking is also available.
